Sorry, but I have to gloat for a moment while the opportunity exists. (Lord knows this may be the only week the opportunity is there.)

After a rough 0-2 start, the Instant Breakfast has rallied — like the champions they are — with five consecutive wins and we’re now right where we belong: first place, baby!

As it turns out, that 0-2 start was kinda helpful. I had first dibs on free agents and was able to grab Redskins RB Alfred Morris, who’s currently the No. 3 overall RB in our league’s scoring system.

It’s a long season and there’s a lot of football left, but I think I’ll dust off my fantasy football wall plaque just to be safe.
