My friend Ryan might very well be right. He’s been saying that “The Works” burger at Parkade Bar & Grill in Kennewick is the best burger in the Tri-Cities, and I think that might be true. We finally had lunch there last week and this thing is really good.

As best I remember, here’s what they put on this monster (bottom to top):

lettuce
onion
pickles
(something else that I can’t recall right now)
meat patty
cheese
fried egg
bacon
ham

and I think there was some kind of fry sauce or something similar mixed in there.

It was really good, and I normally don’t like fried egg on my burgers.

Was it the best burger in the Tri-Cities? Well, I’ll have to go back and try it again to confirm one way or another. Who’s in?
