Ajira Airways (or, Why I Love LOSTpedia)
Just checking out iTunes a little while ago, and they have a promo running for a LOST Season 5 preview video with music by The Fray, a band I generally like. It’s their new song, it’s a free download, so I decided to check it out … and near the end of the video there’s a super-quick flash on screen of some Asian-themed logo.
Needless to say, I had to stop and scan back through the video to find it and make a screenshot:
Here I am, getting all excited like I’m the first person on earth to stumble on this new piece of the LOST puzzle, when I decide to check out LOSTpedia to see if they know about it or not.
Duh. It’s LOSTpedia. Of course they do.
My guess is this is the airline that will bring the Oceanic 6 back to the island, wherever it may be now. We’ll start finding out in only 61 days!!!!!!!!
74 Days and Counting…
… until the season premiere of LOST.
On Wednesday, Jan. 21, Lost returns with a three-hour (you heard me, three-hour!) premiere. “Because You Left” and “The Lie” will air back-to-back, following a recap of the first four seasons.
LOST: Best. Show. Ever.
I think my wife said it best, when there were only about 10 minutes left in the season finale: “I just want this show to stay on 24 hours a day.”
Me, too, love. Me, too.
That had to be the best two hours of television I’ve ever seen. And LOST is the best show of all time. There are people who actually don’t watch LOST, and I feel so bad for them. They’re missing something amazing.
Meanwhile, I checked Amazon just now and the Season 4 DVD set is already available for pre-order. Nice! Gotta wait until early December, though. Good thing for us: We’ve kept the whole season on TiVo, so we can watch whenever we want.
There’s No Way I’m Charlie
My wife sent me a link to this “Which LOST character are you?” quiz, and the $%#@ thing tells me I’m Charlie Pace.
No way! Just because I said I prefer rock music, and because rather than say I’m “squeaky clean” I admitted to having had a couple speeding tickets in my life … they equate me with a drug-addict, rocker-dude? B.S. I like Charlie and all, but I’m not him. No way, no how.
