I felt like more of an observer last year when I first saw Foo Fighters in Spokane, so I was looking forward to being more of a fan for this show in Seattle.
Sean came with me for this one — his first time seeing the Foos.
Fantastic show. They have such a great fanbase. We sat back pretty far from the stage, so we got to watch the die-hards down on the grass going nuts through just about every song. Really great show, and the fireworks at the end were the icing on the cake.
Also gotta shoutout Chrissie Hynde. She’s 72 and her voice is still perfect. Hasn’t lost a thing, which many of the legends I’ve seen these last couple years cannot say.
Really fun show, and it was cool to share it with Sean.
