Can’t say there’s a specific reason why I haven’t posted on my own damn site in 18 months, but here we are.
Health is good overall, as far as I know. I still deal with issues from the accident, but most of those seem pretty minor.
Family is good. Cari had the best year of her real estate career last year, and is doing even better this year. Kids are working P/T jobs right now and looking for more permanent work.
Doing Cari’s marketing, plus running my own business, is keeping me busy and happy.
After the amazing #MyYearOfConcerts in 2023, I’ve continued going to as many shows as possible — but nothing will probably ever top 2023. Last year, I saw
- Rolling Stones (first time)
- Pearl Jam (first time)
- Sammy Hagar/Van Hagar
- Foo Fighters
- Journey
- Def Leppard (first time)
- Eagles
and a few more. So far in 2025, I’ve only been to see Sting, and then a great single show lineup with Modern English, Soft Cell, and Simple Minds. I do have some great shows lined up later this year, though — very excited about that.
Anyhoo…hoping to post more going forward. Fingers crossed.
