If I’m on my deathbed and they tell me I have enough time to listen to 4-5 more songs, one of them will be “Gypsy.”
To me, it’s a perfect song. The notes, chord changes, production decisions, lyrics…I just love it. It was a “put your phone away” song for me last night.
I stupidly never saw Fleetwood Mac live, so I had to go see Stevie last night in Portland.
The GOAT. She was terrific.
(And by the way…77 years old. 🤯)
