Twitter & the Super Bowl

Twitter apparently averages about 40 million tweets per day, which makes the following an amazing nugget of information:

“As the game ended, one out of every two tweets on Twitter was about the Super Bowl!”

That comes direct from the Twitter blog.

Amazing.
